Meet at 9:00 am for a 9:15 am start
Start Location: Embarcadero BART Station
Mandatory pre-registration
This ride is on! We may change the route due to trail conditions on Julian, Miwok, and Old Springs trails. We will skip the single track DH on Marincello trail. There may also be a couple of flooded areas due to king tide peak at 10:30am which we will detour around. Please be prepared for some wet and muddy conditions.
Join us for a Bartable mixed terrain ride starting in San Francisco. Meet up at Embarcadero BART. We'll ride The Embarcadero along the waterfront to cross the Golden Gate Bridge, then to climb Conzelman Road to the roundabout, where we will hit the dirt through multiple Marin Headlands fire roads and trails to Tennessee Valley. Be prepared for a couple steep uphill sections. Ride leader will likely hike/bike some sections. At mile 18, we'll take a snack break at Equator Coffee at Tamalpias Junction. From there it is all pavement back to North Berkeley BART.
For this ride it is recommended you have 38mm or larger tires with some tread. Please have all tools, tubes, and water you might need. For all trail riding will have regroups at each trail head to keep the group together. Bring water and snacks for the ride as there is only a short food stop at mile 18.
20% chance of rain cancels ride. Look for update here at end of the day 12/14/24 for trail conditions and weather forecast.

Such grant is not needed for presentations or writings intended for one-time use, such as meeting presentations or items sent to the newsletter.
